MICRO COAXIAL CABLE IS A TYPE OF CABLE THAT HAS AN INNER CONDUCTOR SURROUNDED BY AN INSULATING LAYER, SURROUNDED BY CONDUCTIVE SHIELDING (OUTER CONDUCTOR), AND A PROTECTIVE OUTER JACKET. ELECTRICAL SIGNAL FLOWS ON THE CENTER CONDUCTOR. THE KEY TO COAXIAL CABLE'S SUCCESS HAS BEEN ITS SHIELDED DESIGN, WHICH ALLOWS THE CABLE'S COPPER CORE TO TRANSMIT DATA QUICKLY, WITHOUT SUCCUMBING TO INTERFERENCE OR DAMAGE FROM ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS.
INET ASSIST YOU EXTRUDES AND MANUFACTURES A WIDE RANGE OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE POINT-TO-POINT INTERCONNECT SOLUTIONS USED ON PCB'S, AND/OR OTHER LOW PROFILE TERMINATION POINTS REQUIRED TO CARRY CRITICAL SIGNALS.
THESE CUSTOM, HIGH-PERFORMANCE MICRO COAXIAL CABLE ASSEMBLIES ARE DESIGNED AND ASSEMBLED USING FINE CONNECTOR PITCHES FOR APPLICATIONS RANGING FROM DC TO 70 GHZ; OR WITHOUT CONNECTORS FOR DIRECT BOARD TERMINATIONS AS SMALL AS 0.175 MM PITCH. WITH NO MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES, BOTH SMALL AND LARGE CUSTOM ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED FOR CUSTOM LENGTHS, WIRE GAUGES, CONNECTOR TYPES, EMI/RFI SHIELDING, AND CABLE JACKET TYPES.

EVALUATION
After receiving the design requirements, verify the feasibility of customization and make a professional suggestions.
SAMPLES
After confirmation, design and development of the micro coaxial cable will take place. Samples will be provided and we will give all needed support.
STRUCTRE & SCHEME
Determine the structural size of cable or other component according to the client request.
MASS PRODUCTION
After the production is completed , each product will undergo quality insperction and then packging for shipment.
QUOTATION
We will provide a quotation according to the design includes mass production, samples price and NRE cost.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
We will track the goods throughout the process and will deliver it door to door, while taking care of all relevant custom documents, PI and CI.

Armored Coaxial Cable Assemblies
